  • Do I need to register if my child is returning?

    Since Eleyo is a new system, ALL FAMILIES who want a spot for next year must register.

  • How do I know if I completed my child’s ATB registration?

    Eleyo will send you an email when you have created your new account AND when you have successfully registered your child. Your contract will be marked as PENDING APPROVAL until we have approved your contract and charged your payment method for the $100 registration fee. You may log into your account in Eleyo at any time to check the status of your registration. 

  • How do I register my child for Eleyo?

    You must create an account AND request a contract for your child. If you weren’t able to complete both of these during the registration times, your child is not enrolled for next year. 

  • What about my rSchool account?

    If you owe fees on your rSchool account, we will not approve your registration on Eleyo. Be sure to pay any outstanding fees. Contact us you if you have any questions about your fees on rSchool. 

  • What about the field trip and uniform complaint procedure forms?

    Please hold on to the forms for now. You can submit them to your ATB teacher at the start of the new year. All families, whether new or returning, need to turn them in. 

  • When is registration for the 2020-21 school year?

    Registration was open initially from March 2 through March 30. We extended registration through April 10. If you did not complete registration during these times, you will have another opportunity to do so on May 4 from 8 am to 11:59 pm.

  • When will I get my refund for weeks ATB was closed in March?

    We are unable to see which weeks payments are for in the old system, so you will need to contact us to request a refund. Email is the best way to reach us currently.
